家庭支持对青少年体育锻炼行为的影响

摘要

采用问卷调查、数理统计等方式,探讨家庭支持与青少年体育锻炼行为的关系,望从家庭角度诠释如何促进青少年体育锻炼行为提升,望为促进青少年健康提供理论依据。研究结果:男生参与体育锻炼频次(EF)为(2.61±1.14)、每次运动时间时间(TEE)为(3.09±1.47)分钟/次,运动强度(EI)为(2.67±1.32),女生参与体育锻炼频次(EF)为(2.93±0.94)、每次运动时间时间(TEE)为(2.48±1.17)分钟/次,运动强度(EI)为(2.05±1.17),男女生参与体育锻炼频次得分(t=-5.549,p<0.001);运动强度得分(t=8.939,p<0.001),每次运动时间(t=8.622,p<0.001)具有统计学意义。多元回归显示MPPA显著正向促进青少年参与体育锻炼EI和EF,FMTPFA显著正向改善青少年体育锻炼的EI,MMTPFA显著改善青少年参与体育锻炼的EF,MPFPA显著改善青少年体育锻炼EI,MPATPET显著改善青少年体育锻炼EF。结论家庭支持在不同程度改善青少年体育锻炼参与频次、每次时间和锻炼强度,父母参与体育锻炼、支持、监督、提供场地等能提升青少年参与体育锻炼的积极性(频次)、锻炼强度和运动时间,尤其是母亲在对青少年体育锻炼影响后中起到的作用更为明显。
