目的探究重球训练对高校运动训练专业学生篮球传球技术的影响。方法选取32名高校运动训练专业男生,随机分为实验组(n=16,重球训练)和对照组(n=16,标准篮球训练),训练持续8周,每周2次。训练前后测试长距离传球、Z字传球、循环传球和对墙传球指标,并计算效应量。结果实验组长距离传球前后P<0.01(g=1.37),对照组P>0.05(g=0.14),组间后测P<0.05;Z字传球前后P<0.01(g=1.72),对照组P>0.05(g=0.35),组间后测P<0.05;循环传球前后P<0.01(g=1.93),对照组P>0.05(g=0.45),组间后测P<0.01;对墙传球前后P<0.05(g=1.10),对照组P>0.05(g=0.24),组间后测P<0.05。结论重球训练可有效提升篮球传球技术,作为低外部负荷的辅助方法,可能降低损伤风险,建议作为标准训练的补充。
