社会生态学理论视域下青少年运动健康行为评估指标研究

摘要

目的: 本研究通过对国内外社会生态学理论的相关资料进行梳理,结合青少年具体情况编制社会生态学视域下青少年运动健康行为问卷,构建理论模型,分析青少年运动健康行为提升路径。方法: 采用随机抽样方法对北京市756名青少年进行问卷调查,其中390份问卷用于探索性因子分析,366份用于验证性因素分析。数据通过独立样本T检验、因素分析、双变量相关分析、描述统计分析、结构方程模型(SEM)方法等进行分析。结果: (1)基于社会生态学模型的运动健康行为评价体系包含个体感知、社会支持、社区环境、学校环境、政策环境、运动行为等6个维度,以及与之相应的25个测试指标。(2)该量表具有良好的信度和聚合效度,采用AVE法检验各维度具有很好的区别效度。采用验证性因子分析社会生态理论模型,该模型具有良好的拟合度。能够作为青少年运动健康行为评估的定量分析工具。(3)社会生态学模型中除了社区环境因素外,其他维度对青少年运动健康行为具有显著影响。结论: 社会生态学模型各维度对青少年运动健康行为具有非常重要的影响,今后重点要从生态学角度来干预青少年个体运动健康行为,促进青少年健康生活方式的养成。
